Upgrades

• Wine chillers may be available where they are not part of the standard appliance package in most floor plans.
• Several job stained hardwoods are available in a vast array of types, colors and prices.
• Fireplaces are available on the Penthouse floor only.
• Butted glass is available for most showers.
• For a more formal finish in the loft units, ceilings can be textured or dry walled and a/c ducts can be hidden behind drywall.
• The balcony rail and stair wall enclosure in the second floor loft area will be drywall with a wood cap board. Steel pipe, cables or glass balcony rails may be available.
• Homeowners may upgrade to a different style of carpet for additional charge.
• In the Loft style homes, concrete flooring surface from the entry door to the kitchen wall will be clear sealed concrete. For an additional charge, you may elect to cover this surface with wood flooring, slate, marble, granite, concrete stain or a custom material of your choice.
